About Your License Key

All three tools share the same License Key, found in your purchase confirmation email.

  • Key is saved locally — no need to re-enter
  • If you see "License expired" → renew at handsup.work
⚠️ Do not move or delete the HANDSUP_v1.6 folder. The plugins need its files to run. We recommend keeping it in your Documents folder.

FAQ

Installation stuck on "Downloading AI model" for a long time?
This downloads ~1.5 GB of AI model data — with a slow connection it may take over 30 minutes. Keep your connection active and wait. If it fails, double-click the installer again to resume from where it left off.
Can't see HANDS UP in the DaVinci Resolve menu?
Make sure you fully quit and restarted DaVinci Resolve (Command + Q, not just closing the window). If it still doesn't appear, check that Terminal's Accessibility toggle is on in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility.
Getting a message about needing "Apple Silicon Mac"?
HANDS UP currently only supports Macs with M-series chips (M1/M2/M3/M4). Intel Macs are not supported at this time.
Getting "Subscription required" or "Invalid License"?
Please verify your License Key is correct and your subscription is active. Contact support@handsup.work if you need help.
SubFlow / SeekFlow not responding when clicked in DaVinci?
Check that Terminal's Accessibility toggle is on in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility. This permission is required for the plugins to control DaVinci Resolve.
