SubFlow (AI subtitle generation) and SeekFlow (subtitle search) run entirely on your Mac using local AI models. No audio, video, or subtitle content ever leaves your device.
The only network request these plugins make is a brief license validation check to verify your subscription status. No content data is transmitted during this check.
CutFlow uses cloud-based AI models to analyze your editing outline and transcript. Here is the complete data flow:
Our proxy server (hosted on Cloudflare Workers) acts as a secure relay. It forwards your request to the AI provider and returns the response. No transcript content, AI responses, or editing data is stored on our servers at any point.
You choose which AI model to use. Your data is sent only to the provider of your selected model.

If you handle sensitive content (journalism, legal, corporate), we recommend choosing a US-based model (Gemini, GPT-4o Mini, or Claude).
We store only the minimum data required to manage your subscription:

All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. HANDS UP never sees, stores, or has access to your credit card numbers or banking details.
You can request deletion of your account data at any time by emailing support@handsup.work. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this website.
