What are the system requirements?
HANDS UP plugins require macOS with an Apple Silicon chip (M1 or later) and DaVinci Resolve 20 (free or Studio). SubFlow runs Whisper AI locally on your Mac — Windows is not supported at this time. CutFlow opens in your default browser — Safari, Chrome, and Firefox are all supported.
How do I install the plugins?
After purchasing, download and unzip the package. Double-click installHandsUp.command — it automatically installs SubFlow, SeekFlow, and CutFlow. Restart DaVinci Resolve and the plugins will appear under Workspace → Scripts → Utility → HANDS UP. Full installation guide →
Where do I find my license key?
Your license key is emailed to you immediately after purchase. You can also retrieve it by opening the HANDS UP app on your Mac — it displays your active license key and subscription status.

SubFlow

What languages does SubFlow support?
SubFlow uses Whisper Large V3 Turbo, which supports 99 languages including English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Spanish, French, and more. It auto-detects the language of your audio.
Does SubFlow upload my audio to the cloud?
No. SubFlow runs Whisper AI entirely on your Mac — your audio is never uploaded anywhere. Complete privacy guaranteed.
How long does transcription take?
Speed depends on your chip generation and audio length. On M3/M4, SubFlow typically runs faster than real-time. M1/M2 chips are slower but still complete most episodes in a few minutes.

CutFlow

What are AI credits and how do they work?
AI credits are used by CutFlow for each AI-powered editing request. SubFlow and SeekFlow do not use credits — they run locally and are unlimited. Credits are included in your subscription (50 / 120 / 400 depending on plan) and do not expire within your subscription period.
Which AI models does CutFlow use?
CutFlow supports multiple AI models. You can select your preferred model in the app. Claude Haiku consumes 3 credits per request; all others consume 1 credit.
Is my data safe with CutFlow?
Yes. CutFlow sends only your transcript text to the AI model you choose — no audio or video files are uploaded. Our server acts as a pass-through and does not store any of your content. Each AI provider processes your data according to their own privacy policy. You have full control over which model (and data region) to use. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

Billing & Refunds

What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund if: (1) you request within 7 days of purchase, and (2) you have used the product fewer than 3 times. Use the self-service form below to submit instantly — no questions asked.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time by contacting us at support@handsup.work. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
